Here it is, another year and what a fine year this is going to be! WealthClasses.TV has been interviewing, taping, and attending classes for the past year and now they are about to post these videos on wealthclasses.tv as well as YouTube for the interviews.
The amount of content that has been put in place is amazing. The most amazing part is that these interviews are not the salesy pieces you get so used to seeing. You can actually take the information and apply to your own wealth strategy. This evening we taped Ed Gonsalves, a veteran in the Real Estate investment industry. His topic? Market research and due diligence.
In other words, look before you leap! If the investment looks too good to be true, then it probably is (unless you have uncovered some miracle you can share with us all). Even if the opportunity has a high return, your risk will also be high. Mr.Gonsalves simply tells you what you need to look for and what questions to ask.
You can make money in any Real Estate market just as long as you do the due!
